EVA enhanced the comfort of personal areas by incorporating adjustable privacy panels and spacious storage cabinets into its redesigned Royal Laurel Class seats. The airline enhanced its in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems by installing 18-inch HD touchscreen monitors, the latest noise-cancelling headphones, extra-large single-leaf tables for working or dining, and additional plugs and USB ports for charging personal devices. 1st Boeing 787-10 with Star Alliance livery

Since June 2013, EVA has been proud to be a part of Star Alliance. Customer service has always been important to them. As part of this commitment, they are putting ESG criteria into the processes. The new digital e-Menu service lets you see what food and drinks will be served on board before the trip. This cuts down on touch and makes your journey safer. The EVA e-Library on EVA Air has the latest issues of many famous magazines and newspapers. You can choose from a number of languages to view the material. Our guests can use the EVA e-Library service. The amount of carbon dioxide it cuts down on every year is about the same as 400 New York Central Parks. FORAS instantly gets information like crew information, weather information, airport NAVAIDS, aircraft MEL, and more. A risk assessment report will be made by FORAS 2.5 hours before the flight leaves. There is an iPad Portable Electronic Flight Bag that flight crew can use to understand the risks during takeoff, approach, and landing when they report for duty. They will also get safety reminders about how to operate the crew, the state of the aircraft, the outside environment, and other things.
